By accessing and using Bloodlines (the "Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

Bloodlines is a blockchain-based game that runs entirely on smart contracts. By playing, you acknowledge that you understand how blockchain technology works and accept all associated risks.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to play Bloodlines. By using the Game, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may not access or use the Game.

3. BLOCKCHAIN & SMART CONTRACT RISKS

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY

  • •The Game operates on immutable smart contracts. Once deployed, we cannot modify, pause, or reverse transactions.
  • •All blockchain transactions are final and cannot be undone.
  • •You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
  • •We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised wallets.
  • •Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.

4. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

CRIME tokens and all in-game assets have no inherent real-world value. The Game is for entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in the Game constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically and you may lose some or all of any value you put into the Game.

5. NO REFUNDS

All transactions are processed on the blockchain and are final. We do not offer refunds for entry fees, in-game purchases, or any blockchain transactions. By playing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

6. GAME MECHANICS & CHANGES

While smart contracts are immutable, we reserve the right to:

  • •Update the game interface and user experience
  • •Deploy new smart contracts with additional features
  • •Modify game parameters within the limits of existing smart contracts
  • •Discontinue the game interface (smart contracts will continue to exist on-chain)

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • •Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Game
  • •Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
  • •Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
  • •Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  • •Manipulate or interfere with the proper functioning of the Game

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, text, and other materials related to Bloodlines are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Game without our written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, smart contract bugs, blockchain network failures, or any other damages resulting from your use of the Game.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You use the Game at your own risk.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
